A pickup truck was headed south on I-95 when it crashed through some yellow barrel barriers and off of the overpass at the Outer Loop exit ramp. It crashed onto the roadway below, and the driver and passenger who were inside were taken to a trauma center, but are both expected to survive. It is still unclear what caused the incident; check back for updates.
