A woman was killed and two others aboard a Princess tour bus injured in a rollover crash near mile 173 of the Parks Highway. Three people, all Princess employees, were on board the bus when it crashed. The woman who died was from Malaysia and working in Alaska, and was declared dead at the scene. Speed was a factor in the crash, Troopers said. “When you get rain and other factors, you need to travel under the speed limit,” said Trooper Sgt. Jess Carson. Mile 173 is about approximately 189 highway miles south of Fairbanks. The driver has been identified as 25 year old Brian Lanning.
