Codey Means,15, was killed after being hit by three pickup trucks near Lakeland.  Means was walking to Lake Region High School in Eagle Lake early Wednesday when he ran across U.S. 17 in front of a pickup. Juan Camacho, 48, of Kissimmee, tried to avoid a collision but he struck the boy. Two other pickup trucks also hit Means, who was pronounced deceased at the crash site.
