Phoenix, AZTraffic is again flowing on eastbound Interstate 10 after it was closed Wednesday morning in Eloy because of a crash involving a semi, an Arizona Department of Transportation spokesman said.
The crash was reported just west of the interchange with State Route 87 about 8:50 a.m. when a commercial truck driver failed to slow for congested traffic and struck a pickup truck pulling a trailer, an Arizona Department of Public Safety spokesman said.
