Birmingham, ALThe victim, Allen Bradley Baughan, 28, was killed when his 2007 Ford left Alabama 79, hit an embankment and overturned, Alabama state troopers reported. The wreck occurred at 8:45 p.m. four miles south of Locust Fork.
State troopers are investigating the cause of the wreck.

Birmingham, ALA single-vehicle crash in Blount County killed a Trafford woman. Alabama State Troopers identified the woman as Lea C. Ponce, 27.
Authorities said Ponce was driving her 2002 Honda on Alabama 79 when her car left the roadway, struck a curb and overturned. The accident happened two miles south of Locust Fork.
Troopers said Ponce was not wearing her seatbelt, and was thrown from the car. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
