Tuesday, April 15, 2014A Lancaster County man died early this morning following a one-vehicle accident along the 800 block of Reading Road in Brecknock Township, state police said.
Troopers found the overturned vehicle of Vincent Troupe, 23, of East Earl, at about 12:30 a.m. in the Black Creek.
Troupe's body was also found in the creek, he was not wearing a seatbelt, according to a press release from the state police.
