Tulsa, OK14-year-old Lily Rhodes was riding on ATV with three friends at a birthday party when something, possibly a hole in the terrain, caused the vehicle to flip and eject all occupants. Of those involved, Rhodes sustained the worst injuries and had to have most of her arm amputated, though she should make a good recovery otherwise. One other girl on the ATV also had some serious injuries, and remains in the hospital with a broken vertebrae.

Tulsa, OKVinicio Mendoza and one other man left a night club in a Ford Mustang at high speed. Witnesses say they were traveling close to 80 mph at one point, in an urban area. The Mustang rear-ended a Honda Civic near 133th East Avenue. Fortunately no one in the Honda was seriously hurt. Mendoza was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and having no driver's license or insurance. The passenger was not arrested. Police are investigating this accident.
