A Honda Civic was speeding and lost control on a curve. It crossed the center line and struck a Mitsubishi head on. Authorities identified the passengers in the Mitsubishi as 22-year-old Nicole Powers of New Oxford and 22-year-old Austin Michael Smith if Hanover. Anyone with information is asked to contact Pennsylvania State Police at 717-334-8111.
