An Albuquerque man was killed on Wednesday afternoon after his Ford Ranger had a tire blow-out and rolled over on Interstate 25 near the Santa Fe Downs race track. The Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Office identified the driver, and only occupant of the vehicle, as Javier De-Larosa, 48. The vehicle went out of control after the blow-out, rolled and became airborne and when it landed the roof collapsed killing the driver, the sheriff’s office said. De-Larosa was wearing a seat belt and neither speed or alcohol were a factor in the accident, authorities said.
