Albuquerque-Santa Fe, NMA woman and her passenger were injured on Sunday evening when a passenger-side tire popped in the Jeep she was driving, causing her to lose control of the vehicle, hit a guardrail and roll, nearly falling off the Paseo Del Norte Bridge over Coors Blvd. Her name has not yet been released and her injuries were believed to be life-threatening. The passengers injuries appeared to be minor and his name has also not yet been released. Check back for more information as it becomes available.

Albuquerque-Santa Fe, NMAn Albuquerque man was killed on Wednesday afternoon after his Ford Ranger had a tire blow-out and rolled over on Interstate 25 near the Santa Fe Downs race track.
The Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Office identified the driver, and only occupant of the vehicle, as Javier De-Larosa, 48.
The vehicle went out of control after the blow-out, rolled and became airborne and when it landed the roof collapsed killing the driver, the sheriff’s office said. De-Larosa was wearing a seat belt and neither speed or alcohol were a factor in the accident, authorities said.
