Two elderly women are suffering injuries after a collision with a milk tanker. The incident occured in Bart Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania at Georgetown and Bartville roads Sunday morning, October 12. The driver, Arlene Hershey, 93, of Oxford, is in critical condition. The other person in the car, Carolyn Yingling, 71, of Reading, received serious injuries.
