Mary Fox was driving on US Highway 177 when she experienced a medical problem and drove off the road, striking a tree and a concrete culvert. She was wearing her seat belt but her airbags did not deploy. She passed away on Dec. 17th of her injuries.

Oklahoma City, OKPolice are trying to determine what caused the crash at the railroad crossing of State Highway 7. A train struck a tractor-trailer and killed the driver. No one aboard the train was hurt. Authorities are unsure why the tractor trailer was in the crossing. The man killed has not been identified. More information pending.
