Mobile, AL-Pensacola, FLThe crash occurred at 2:40 a.m. on I-10 at the 3.5 mile marker, which is west of Mobile near Grand Bay. Maria Elena Lemus, 41, was driving a in a 2002 Ford Windstar when the van side-swiped a 2012 Freightliner tractor-trailer, ran off the road and overturned. Passenger Angela Lemus Lopez, 61, was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. Three other passengers were brought to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries. No one was wearing a seatbelt. The driver of the tractor trailor was not injured.

Mobile, AL-Pensacola, FLBarbara Fears, 26, was driving west on Highway 98 on November 23 when her van rolled over for an unknown reason. Her mother, Mary Fears of Umatilla, Florida, was killed in the crash. Barbara Fears and her two children were injured and taken to Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg for treatment.

Mobile, AL-Pensacola, FLJared Michael Daniels, 29, died Monday night after being ejected from his pickup truck. The accident occured on October 20 around 9:25 p.m. just outside of Grove Hill, Alabama. Police found Daniels near the 80-mile marker on U.S. Highway 43, where he was taken to Grove Hill Memorial and pronounced dead. Police believe Daniels went off the roadway and flipped. He was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
