Phoenix, AZAna Araiza, 28, was driving on Camelback Road when her vehicle rear-ended another that was stopped in traffic. She and three of her children that were riding in the car escaped injury, but her 3-month-old baby suffered life-threatening injuries. Investigators say that the infant was not properly restrained and suffered head trauma. A nurse that happened to be in one of the vehicles involved in the crash performed CPR on the baby until emergency crews could arrive.

Phoenix, AZA 21-year-old man who was struck while crossing Camelback Road in Scottsdale has died.
Matthew D. Tilton, of Scottsdale, was hit by a blue Toyota about 11:50 p.m. on April 11 near 74th Street, according to a Scottsdale police report.
Tilton was taken to Scottsdale Healthcare-Osborn Hospital and was taken off of life support on Sunday, 4/13/14, at 4 P.M.
The driver was not cited, but police said alcohol was a likely factor on the part of Tilton.
