Phoenix, AZ16-year-old boy killed, 56-year-old woman seriously injured in rollover off of I-40 in Flagstaff, AZ

Phoenix, AZA 16-year-old boy was driving west on I-40 in Flagstaff when he for some reason drove off of the roadway, where the vehicle rolled multiple times. The teenaged driver was thrown from the vehicle and pronounced dead, while a 56-year-old woman who was a passenger was trapped in the vehicle and was transported to the hospital with serious injuries after being extricated. Investigation continues to determine the cause of this accident.

Phoenix, AZWestbound Interstate 40 has reopened east of Kingman following a closure due to a crash.
The crash happened about 10 miles east of the I-40 junction with U.S. Highway 93, about 30 miles east of Kingman, on Monday morning, an Arizona Department of Transportation spokesman said.
The state Department of Public Safety said the accident happened on a curve and that it left the roadway blocked with wreckage.
Two people involved reported minor injuries.
