Twin Falls, IDA car containing three people was traveling northbound on 3800 East when they came to a stop sign at the intersection with U.S. 30. The driver of the car then drove into the intersection, but was directly in the path of a westbound snowplow driven by Rodney Pooler, 58, and the two vehicles collided and slid off the northwestern corner of the intersection.

Spokane, WAHoffman was declared dead shortly after he ran a stop-sign and smashed into a Wells Fargo bank in Kellogg, ID, though he did end up being sent to Shoshone Medical Center by emergency responders before he was pronounced dead.
