Jesse L. Gaudin, 27, dead after being rear-ended at high speed by Michael R. Fornea, 31, who also died in West Baton Rouge Parish

State Police suspect that Fornea was speeding when he rear-ended a tow truck, killing both him and passenger in the car. The driver of the tow truck, Donnie Snoke, 41, of Washington, was not injured. Troopers suspect Fornea was speeding at the time of the crash, but he is not suspected of impairment.
