New York, NYOn March 6th 2015 at 11:06 PM, the New York State Police responded to a report of an accident on the eastbound Northern State Parkway east of exit 30, in the Town of Hempstead. A Chevrolet Malibu and a BMW were both traveling eastbound when they collided. This resulted in the Chevrolet exiting the roadway, striking the center median and entering the westbound lanes, before coming to rest on its roof. Thursday, January 22, 2015It was before 9:00pm when Moreau was driving on Clark Road in northeastern Saratoga County and lost control of the vehicle, possibly due to excessive speed and/ or worn-out tires, and plowed through a guardrail before striking several trees. Both Moreau and his passenger Otruba were removed from the truck, but were pronounced dead at the scene. Investigation to determine the cause of the accident continues.

Buffalo, NYJamiel Mitchell-Hall was killed when he lost control of his vehicle, went off the road and crashed into a tree. He was declared dead at the scene. The crash is still under investigation; police are trying to determine if speed was a factor in the crash.

New York, NYJulia Stanwycks, of Dix Hills, was driving on the windy and dimly lit road, and was admitted to Nyack Hospital in critical condition after the crash. Her current condition is unknown. Police said speed likely was a factor but a final determination will come later.
