Republican Sen. Pat Browne was charged with drunk driving after he crashed his motorcycle on an Interstate 78 off-ramp. According to authorities, his blood alcohol content was above the state's legal limit at the time. He suffered a punctured lung, cracked ribs, and a broken foot and has been in physical therapy since he left the hospital.

An RV crash killed one member of Christian musical group ,The Southman Quartet, and injured one other on Sunday around 2:00 a.m. Roy Bray, 61, of Trenton, Kentucky, was driving the RV on Interstate 65 after a performance in Shipshewana when it collided with a median near Lebanon, Indiana. Bray died at the scene. Jim Hefner, 72, of Albertville, Alabama, was taken to a nearby hospital. The other two members of the quartet were uninjured. The cause of the crash is unknown.
