Nashville, TNFamily killed in car accident about 30 minutes east of Nashville on I-40 in Wilson County. Michael and Monica Cruce and their two teenage boys, Joshua and Caleb, died in the accident. Two vehicles were stopped in the middle lane, when four other vehicles collided with the stopped cars. Chase Fakes, of Lebanon, was charged with driving under the influence and implied consent.

Saturday, February 22, 2014Homicide-by-vehicle charges have been filed against a Lancaster man following a three-vehicle crash Saturday.
According to reports, Carlos R. Garcia, 33, has been charged with homicide by vehicle, aggravated assault by vehicle, accidents involving death while not properly licensed, endangering the welfare of children, reckless driving and driving while under suspension – DUI related.
Reports indicate the crash occurred around 1:20 p.m. Saturday on the 1300 block of E. King St., Lancaster, when Garcia struck the rear of another vehicle.
