At about 4:15 p.m. Sunday on route 50 near Route 45, 58-year-old David Krebs was driving a 1967 MG when he changed lanes and lost control of his vehicle and hit a trooper's cruiser. Krebs car veered onto the shoulder, smashed into a concrete barrier and then collided into the rear of a stopped police cruiser's car at a traffic stop. The trooper, Krebs and a passenger in Krebs’ car, 39-year-old Tiffany Kelsey, were brought to Shock Trauma in Baltimore, where the trooper was later released.
