The SUV driver, a 40-year-old Bronx, N.Y. woman, and her 9-year-old daughter were treated at Englewood Hospital and Medical Center. The Infinity soon lost control and slammed into a utility pole near Decatur Avenue, according to police. That crash downed the pole and live power lines on top of a Honda Civic, injuring the 70-year-old man driving and his 64-year-old wife. County police officers smelled alcohol on Ciccone’s breath and he appeared to be impaired. "Officers also located suspected marijuana and open bottles of rum and vodka inside his vehicle,” Mullin added.
