Pa. woman and 85-year-old man killed in South Jersey head-on crash

Hamilton Township Police said Lorri Thomas, 45, of Collingdale, PA, was driving her 2010 Nissan Altima east on the road, also known in that stretch as the Black Horse Pike, when she crossed the centerline and crashed head-on into a westbound car.
