Armando Barrera, 38, killed, after his motorcycle crashes into a construction truck, ejecting him onto the roadway where he is struck by a SUV on I-95 near Stamford, Connecticut

A Norwalk man riding a motorcycle on Interstate 95 just before midnight Sunday in Stamford was killed when he drove into a construction vehicle. Armando Barrera, 38, of 77 Benedict St., Norwalk, was killed instantly in the crash, according to State Police. Trooper Kelly Grant said Barrera struck a construction truck while riding his motorcycle at 11:50 p.m., was thrown off the bike and then struck by another vehicle. The incident occurred in the northbound lanes, just before exit 9.
