Second arrest made in connection to fatal Forsyth County crash

According to Deputy Doug Rainwater with the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office, the alcohol-related crash occurred after several teens left a house party. Police obtained a search warrant for the house of 18-year-old Jeremiah Funke, where the party involving 60 teenagers occurred.

Cook said Di'Millo was speeding when he lost control in a curve and hit a pole. He said he was sitting right next to Castell when he was ejected from the truck.

Forsyth County authorities have arrested a 17-year old they say is responsible for a crash that killed a teen in Cumming.

According to authorities, Adam Robert Joseph Di Millo of Dawsonville crashed his 2011 Dodge Ram on Kelly Mill Road around 1:18 a.m. on Saturday morning.

During the accident, an unidentified teen was ejected and killed and three other teens were hospitalized after the car was impaled by a telephone pole.

Di Millo was charged with DUI, Underage Possession/Consumption of Alcohol, and 1st degree Homicide by Vehicle. DiMillo will make his first appearance on Monday.
