Jennifer Keller, 20, driver Zachary Thayer, 22, Nathaniel Archer, 21, Gabriel Wilhite, 24, all injured, transported to hospital, after their car rolls off the shoulder of Bogus Basin Road near Boise, strikes a tree and then rolls down a hill.

Four people in their early 20s were injured after a late-night crash on Bogus Basin Road Thursday, according to Idaho State Police.

The crash happened around 11 p.m. on Bogus Basin Road at milepost 11.

Officers say alcohol was a factor.

Idaho State Police say Zachary Thayer, 22, of Boise drove his 1998 Pontiac Grand Prix off the right shoulder of the road, hit a tree, and rolled down the hill.

Thayer and his passengers, including 20-year-old Jennifer Keller of Boise, and 21-year-old Nathaniel Archer of Boise, were transported by ambulance to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise.

Police say a third passenger, Gabriel Wilhite, 24, of Boise was taken from the scene in a private vehicle and treated at a local hospital.

Officers say Thayer was arrested shortly afterward on a felony warrant out of Oregon. He is also charged with DUI, driving without privileges and failure to provide proof of insurance.
