The crash near Illinois Route 173 and Eagle Ridge Drive in Antioch took place about 10:30 a.m., police said. One person was killed and at least one injured and taken to a hospital for treatment.
One vehicle involved, a pickup truck, flipped over in the crash.
Route 173 was closed for several hours near Eagle Ridge for the crash investigation.
