A Center Grove High School student died as a result of a car accident Tuesday night in Johnson County, school authorities said, and two others, a current student and former student, were injured.
A Center Grove High School student died as a result of a car accident Tuesday night in Johnson County, school authorities said, and two others, a current student and former student, were injured. A one-vehicle crash happened along Ind. 135, south of Meridian Parke Drive, according to the Greenwood Police Investigations Commander. He declined to provide information about the individuals involved, saying the crash remains under investigation. In a message sent to students’ families, school officials said a counselor and an administrator would be available at the high school from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, even though school is not in session, and also from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, for students who might want to talk to someone about the incident. Students should go to the school’s main entrance to be buzzed in, school officials said in the message
