Jessup man killed in motorcycle crash in Howard County

About 1:30 p.m. Saturday, John Edward Barrass, 67, was traveling east on Mission Road near Concord Drive in Jessup. Barrass was thrown from his 2002 Harley Davidson motorcycle when he crashed into the guardrail.

A prelimary investigation by police found that speed and driver error contibuted to the crash. Barass was from Jessup.
