Tamika Bailey of Severn struck, killed while crossing street in Odenton

It happened about 2 p.m. Monday on Annapolis Road. Police say 28-year-old Tamika Bailey of Severn was trying to cross the northbound lanes.
Bailey was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, and it appears that pedestrian error is the cause, so Shanahorn, the driver who hit Bailey, will likely not be charged.
