Motorcyclist who died after crashing into building Monday identified

The motorcycle hit the north curb and threw the rider, who crashed into the eastern wall of Tom’s Service and Repair Shop, 1111 Sixth Ave. N. The motorcycle continued along the north sidewalk before crashing into a grouping of lawnmowers outside of the building on Sixth.

Police are looking for the car reportedly racing the motorcycle - a blue or dark-blue early 2000s Honda Civic. The car is a two-door hatchback with chrome wheels, tinted windows and a loud muffler.
The man was treated by emergency crews and loaded into an ambulance, but died a short time later. Police are still searching for the car reported to be racing Card, which has been described as a blue or dark blue early 2000’s Honda Civic.
