Ernest D. Simmons, 48, of Louisville, Ohio, was driving east on Georgetown Road when his car drifted off the right side of the road and then back across to the westbound lane. His car struck an oncoming car carrying two people.
Fatal Stark County car crash under investigation
The driver and passenger of the other car were taken to the hospital, treated for their injuries and released.
