Tuesday, January 14, 2014A Carlisle man was killed Wednesday morning in Franklin Township when a pickup truck hit him while he was standing on the side of the road, the York County Deputy coroner said.
Connor Scott Waterfield, 21, of Shugart Road, was pronounced dead at the scene of the collision on Twin Hills Road near May Drive. The incident has been ruled accidental, Cosey said.
