4th and Bell

A 73-year-old woman was hit and killed Tuesday evening while crossing a street in Edmonds. The woman was hit at about 7:30 p.m. at 4th and Bell in Downtown Edmonds. The woman was crossing the street in a crosswalk when a woman driving an SUV turned onto Bell and hit her.
