At about 2:15pm, Michael Hobbs, 18, was speeding in a stolen SUV with four other passengers on West Wilbur Avenue when he ran through a stop sign and struck a car containing the Mary Hanson, 64, who went by 'Tina', and her husband Bernard Hanson, 74.
