At about 1:15am, Theodore Redmon, 29, was caught speeding at 79 mph on Apple Avenue. As he was approaching Mill Iron Road, he suddenly slammed on the brakes and veered off to the right, striking both a telephone pole and parked car with a female driver and male passenger, both 24.
