Beach Boulevard near Forest Boulevard

A 31-year-old man was riding on Beach Boulevard near Forest Boulevard when he ran into the back of a car that was stopped at Beach Boulevard near Forest Boulevard. Two eastbound lanes of Beach Boulevard were closed during the investigation.
