Black Road and Bethel Drive

A 39-year-old man was driving on Black Road and Bethel Drive when Heather Brown, 31, allegedly struck his vehicle while under the influence of drugs and alcohol. The man was taken to Presence Saint Joseph Medical Center with broken ribs, a punctured spleen and bruised lungs.
