Scooter driver Michael Jay Miner, 45, died in a Las Vegas collision at 4 a.m. Sunday morning. Miner was pronounced deceased at the crash site at East Owens Avenue, at North Linn Lane. The crash occurred when a Jonway scooter crashed with a Jeep Cherokee.
