Eastern Avenue NE

At around 3:13 a.m. Sunday, Momodu I. Bello of Fort Washington was driving a red 2015 Volkswagen Passat very fast in the 3400 block of Eastern Avenue NE when he smashed into a parked tractor-trailer. His passenger, Nancy Tinoza, 26, of Arlington, was transported to a hospital, where she died.
