Hemphill Avenue and 14th Street NW

At around 5 p.m. on Hemphill Avenue and 14th Street NW, a concrete mixing truck overturned, crushing two cars. Former Atlanta mayor Andrew Young was a passenger in one of the vehicles and he was taken to the emergency room at Emory University Hospital Midtown with non-life threatening injuries.
