One dead and one injured after driver and passenger of stalled car are hit by truck while pushing vehicle at Knott and North Orangethorpe avenues in Buena Park, CA

Shortly before 2:30am, a car stalled in the middle lane in the middle of the intersection of Knott Avenue and N. Orangethorpe Avenue. As the driver and passenger got out and started pushing the car out of the intersection, they were hit by a truck, which killed one of them and injured the other.
