Wed, 10/15/2014Sean Jamal Blackmon, 28, surrendered to police on charges following the October 15th, 2014 hit-and-run death of Marcus Jones on Lexington Avenue in Jackson, Tennessee. Blackmon allegedly ran a stop sign then hit Jones' car, killing him.
