A crash was reported at around 10:45 p.m. in the 1200 block of North Capitol Avenue Wednesday night. A Lexus SUV carrying 5 people rolled over twice before ended up on its roof, killing two people inside. The three other occupants were brought to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
