Salmon Dam Reservoir

Simon was driving near the Salmon Dam reservoir at about 4:11am to meet up with some friends to camp, when investigators believe he lost control or was disoriented and crashed into reservoir. Witnesses say the car sank very quickly, and by the time Simon was recovered, he had drowned.
