Two people were killed in a crash near 96th Street and Zionsville Road Tuesday afternoon. The crash happened around 1 p.m. Zionsville police say a Ford Explorer lost its right rear wheel due to lug nuts not being tightened, crossed the center line and struck another vehicle head-on.
