Man killed when car strikes utility pole, is ejected from car.
A man was killed in a fiery ejection crash in North Nashville Saturday night.
It happened around 10 PM in the 900 block of West Trinity Lane.
Police say the driver was thrown from his vehicle when it swerved off the road and into a steel utility pole.
The vehicle caught fire after the driver was ejected.
The Nashville Fire Department responded to extinguish the blaze.
Authorities are not sure what caused the accident.
The investigation is ongoing.
