HPD seeks driver from fatal hit-and-run accident

The driver of the Dodge fled westbound on I-10 and abandoned the vehicle near John Rallston Street, according to HPD.
A black Dodge Challenger was speeding in the westbound lanes of the East Freeway about 12:40 a.m., when it ran into the back of a white Suzuki motorcycle and continued driving. The 21-year-old man on the motorcycle was declared dead at the scene. The Dodge driver kept driving, and authorities discovered the Challenger abandoned farther down the interstate.
