The Corrections Department maintains a 31 bed facility housing both sentenced and un-sentenced offenders. Corrections Department also manages a cooperative program with the Washington Department of Ecology. This program utilizes both in custody and non-custody offenders to pick up litter in Pend Oreille County.

Pacific County Sheriff's Office

The Pacific County Sheriff's Office provides a wide range of regular services to the public. Law enforcement services include patrol work, answering calls for service, criminal investigation of misdemeanor and felony crimes, traffic enforcement services, drug interdiction, and collision investigations. Their office operates a full time Drug Task Force, and also manages Sex Offender registration and tracking.

Lincoln County Sheriff's Office

As the Chief Law Enforcement Officer of the county, the Sheriff is responsible for enforcement of county, state and federal laws. The Sheriff’s Office investigates crimes, accidents and apprehends criminals. The Sheriff’s Office also operates the county jail and dispatches emergency services such as police, fire and ambulances. As an officer of the Court, the Sheriff serves civil process and enforces Court orders and warrants.

Klickitat County Jail

All Klickitat County Corrections Officers attend the month-long Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission Corrections Academy.  Officers receive additional training in duty firearms, oleoresin capsaicin spray (O.C.), Taser X26, defensive tactics, bloodborne pathogens and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

Kittitas County Corrections Center

The Kittitas County Corrections Center is a division of the Kittitas County Sheriff's Office. It is located in the Public Safety Building in Ellensburg. The Kittitas County Corrections Center (KCCC) was built in the 1980's to house about 45 inmates. In 2012 the Annex was completed which significantly increased bed space and brought the total capacity to 229. It currently houses about 110 inmates.

Island County Jail

Island County Jail is a low security correctional facility. Inmates are housed together in dormitories or cubicle housing. They are provided with access to programs and training that will help to rehabilitate them so that they’re ready to get their lives back on track when released. As a low security facility, Island County Jail has a lower staff to inmate ratio than medium or high security jails.
