Well, I'm feeling pretty dumb about how much I whined about my 1-mile ride to the birth center when I had my daughter. This woman just gave birth and caught her own baby like a champ, even with the distraction of her husband filming the whole thing. I can't even smile for a camera, while she is an apparent earthly embodient of Gaia herself.  Forty-five minutes into the ride on their way to Bay Area Birth Center in Pasadena, Texas, the pregnant mother realized that things were getting REAL, and within a minute she had a 10-lb baby boy in her lap. Conveniently, her chauffeur/husband was wearing a GoPro, so the filming part was probably less distracting than you might imagine. I also give him points for being a really excellent birthing coach, a skill he apparently learned from the births of the couple's two older children, although those two were, according to comments from the uploader on the YouTube video, born under the care of professionals. Both of the parents remain super calm, and they even high-five (sort of) at the end! As someone who is generally against distracted driving, I do recommend avoiding this situation as much as possible. Try to pull over if the chance presents itself.  Please watch and enjoy, being aware of the fact that birth involves, you know, birth. It's not for the weak.
