A 33-year-old man has died after he crashed his motorcycle in Haleiwa in the early hours on Saturday. The Honolulu Medical Examiner's office identified the victim as 33-year-old Christopher Danley of Honolulu.

Emergency crews responded just before 1 a.m.

According to police, the man lost control of his motorcycle when turning from Weed Circle Junction onto Kamehameha Highway, where he hit a guard rail and landed in nearby bushes.

A motorcyclist was killed early Sunday in a crash on Fischer Boulevard, authorities said.

John Gruen Jr., 47, of Brick, was driving the motorcycle at around 2:05 a.m. and struck the curb of the center median, approximately 300 feet north of Bay Avenue, police said.

Gruen was ejected from the bike and landed in the roadway, police said.

Authorities have identified the Oregon motorcycle rider who died after a high speed crash on the highway in Salem.

Oregon State Police say 53-year old David Leary Schneller of Tualatin lost control of his Harley Davidson bike Friday night while passing other vehicles on Interstate 5 at about 90 to 95 miles per hour.

A state trooper who witnessed the crash saw the rider being ejected from the motorcycle as it crashed in the center northbound lane.

A 36-year-old man is dead after officers said he lost control of his motorcycle and crashed Saturday morning.

The Linn County Sheriff’s Office has identified the driver as Benjamin L. Kinkead of Alburnett.

The Linn County Sheriff’s Office said Kinkead was found about 8 a.m. at Covington Road and Chain Bridge Road, just south of Palo.

The family of a man who was killed by a wrong-way driver on Interstate 95 on Saturday has more questions than answers about what led up to the deadly crash.

Norman Mello, 42, was headed south on I-95 on his motorcycle Saturday evening. That’s when Florida Highway Patrol said Varissa Vargas, 20, was driving the wrong way in the express lanes between State Road 836 (Dolphin Expressway) and Highway 112.

State police say a motorcycle driver has been charged with riding drunk and manslaughter after a crash that killed his passenger.

They say Dennis Conklin of Williamson has been charged with second-degree vehicular manslaughter and driving while intoxicated following an investigation of the wreck that left 46-year-old Mary Nolan of Rochester dead.

A man is dead after a late-night motorcycle crash in Murfreesboro.

According to The Daily News Journal, 41-year-old Mareo J. Estrello was riding his Harley down Halls Hill Pike when he veered off the road and crashed near Adams Lane around 11 p.m. Sunday.

There is still no word on what caused the crash.

The Tennessee Highway Patrol is leading the investigation, which is ongoing.

A York County motorcyclist has been identified as the victim of Sunday morning's fatal crash on Route 30 in Lancaster County's West Hempfield Township.

The Lancaster County coroner said Stephen Elicker, 29, of Spring Grove, died at the scene of the 2:13 a.m. accident, according to published reports. Another 26-year-old motorcyclist from Seven Valleys was severely injured in the crash, police said.

Police have identified a Shelton woman as the victim in a fatal motorcycle accident on Bank Street Saturday afternoon.

Donna Starzecki, 51, was leaving from 951 Bank Street to head westbound about 1:15 p.m. when struck a box truck, police said.

Police said Starzecki was taken to Lawrence & Memorial Hospital with serious injuries. She died shortly after arrival. Police said she was wearing a helmet when the accident happened.
